Continental breakfast, hosted pre-dinner drink in the drawing room between 6.30 and 7pm, free wireless broadband (up to 2 MBps), free wired broadband (10 MBps), free local calls and GST (goods & services tax).
Arrival & Departure
Our check-in time is 2 pm and check-out time is 10 am. If you anticipate an earlier arrival, we suggest you book your room from the night before, as we cannot guarantee an early check in. Alternatively, we are happy to store your bags until the room is ready.
Terms & Conditions
At check-in we will need your credit card, so that an authorisation can be taken (amount determined by length of stay).
At check-out your bill can be settled using either the credit card presented upon check in, or another form of payment if you prefer.
If you need to make any changes, notification of an amendment to or cancellation of your booking must be received at the hotel no later than 12 noon 48 hours prior to arrival date, to avoid a charge of one night’s accommodation. Failing to call or show before check-out time after the first night of your reservation will result in cancellation of the remainder of your reservation.
For stays within September & October 2011, all cancellations and/or no-shows within 7 days of arrival date will be subject to a charge of one nights accommodation per room cancelled. All cancellations and/or no-shows within 48 hours of arrival date will be subject to a charge of the full stay per room cancelled.
Parking
Valet car parking is available at a rate of NZD $20 per day. Booking is recommended.
