Make an impression with your team or clients: our meeting rooms offer a quirky alternative to your usual meeting place, whether you are staying inhouse or crossing town.

Loft Suite 1.1

A comfortable space featuring our bespoke stripped carpet, high ceiling, and an eclectic mix of furniture, fittings and artwork. Loft Suite 1.1 holds a maximum of 10 guests and is equipped with a projector, screen, electronic whiteboard, wireless internet, flipchart, markers, pencils and notepads. Daily room rate is $600

The Cellar

Located below street level, the cellar is the old engine room of Hotel DeBrett, which has recently been refurbished in distinctive DeBrett style, to create a quiet space to meet and work in the heart of the city. With a meeting table which comfortably seats 10 + a soft seating area for breakout, it is equipped with a projector, screen, electronic whiteboard, wireless internet, flipchart, markers, pencils and notepads. Daily room rate is $600

Smaller Meeting Rooms

Suites 1.8 and 1.9 both open in to the courtyard, and can be set up for meetings for four or less guests, at a rate of $400 a day, including projector, screen, electronic whiteboard, wireless internet, flipchart, markers, pencils and notepads.

Food and Beverage Options

We can cater for morning tea, lunch and afternoon tea in your meeting space, or alternatively for a change of scenery, you can eat in Debretts Kitchen while we refresh the room for you.

Morning or afternoon tea: $15 per person includes 2 food items, plus fresh fruit and a selection of Kerikeri organic teas and freshly brewed Kokako organic coffee.
