We are looking for someone who has:
• proven excellent customer service skills
• +1 year experience in a five star boutique hotel or equivalent industry
• flexibility to work various hours and shifts (inc. evenings & weekends)
• strong administrative and operational skills
• computer and PMS systems literacy (knowledge of THS Phoenix/Clarity would be advantageous)
• numeric/cashiering skills

• full drivers license essential

An exciting opportunity exists for an experienced professional to join our award winning team. We are looking for an experienced bar supervisor to manage the day to day operations of this popular bar.
The ideal candidate for this role will have :
· Demonstrated customer service experience in a food & beverage role with minimum 1 year experience in a similar role.
· Comprehensive knowledge of New Zealand craft beers, wines, spirit and cocktails
· Ability to lead and train a team
· Experience with ordering stock, stock management and stock control systems
· Experience in costing beverage items
· Immaculate presentation with outstanding communications skills
· Excellent command of English
· Vibrant personality with a strong sense of initiative
· Adaptability and willingness to provide support to other hotel operations
· A desire to exceed customers expectations.
